What is included in the subscription payment?

How soon can I start using my website?

You can start using the website itself immediately. Once you subscribe, we will generate a new subdomain for you.

There is a wait time for the IDX activation as once you subscribe to our platform:

  • we receive your IDX integration and provide you with instructions on how to proceed;
  • according to instructions provided, you request IDX integration from us via your MLS association;
  • once you apply via your MLS association, we will be able to approve your IDX integration request and activate your IDX integration on your website.

MLS application usually takes from 1 to 5 business days and depends on your MLS association.

Can I host my website elsewhere?

No. We are a SaaS (software as a service) platform, which means that the website as a service is provided by our code on our servers and cannot be executed outside our infrastructure. It also means that you don’t need to worry about: looking for a hosting company, servers downtime, maintaining databases and keeping the code updated.

Do I need a website designer/developer to start?

No you don’t. Our platform makes adding and editing the content easy on your website. Moreover you can choose the feel and look of your future website from the ever growing list of themes during the subscription process.

Will my website receive further updates?

All our clients will receive updates automatically as well as new features for their plans. We are constantly working on new features, update old ones and we want you to always be at the top.

Can I contact the support?

Can I use my own custom domain name?

Yes and we encourage you to do so. Custom domain allows you to look much more professional and will help with your SEO rankings.

Do I need to contact my MLS association after I sign up?

You don’t need to contact your MLS association, but an action by you is required within your MLS association account for us to be able to activate your integration.

How fast will I get approved to receive MLS data on my website?

MLS application usually takes from 1 to 5 business days and depends on your MLS association.

How frequently is MLS listings data updated?

We update MLS data every 10 minutes. We currently only show Active listings.

Can my website visitors see Active, Recently Sold and Recently Rented listings from the MLS?

We currently only show Active listings from your MLS. Recently Sold/Rented listings will be added at a later date.

How do I get visitors onto my website? How to get clients?

To get visitors on your website, you can:

  • Do general advertising:
    • Internet advertising using popular services:
      • Google Ads;
      • Bing Ads;
      • Facebook Ads;
      • etc;
      • You might want to advertise such pages as:
        • Home page;
        • City pages;
        • Neighborhood pages;
        • Lux Condo pages;
        • New Development pages;
        • Listing pages;
        • Special Landing pages:
          • ‘Evaluate my Propery’ page;
          • ‘Sell with us’ page.
    • Physical advertising:
      • local news papers;
      • local magazines;
      • send out flyers to local population via USPS or other services;
      • city billboards.
    • Personal advertising:
      • tell your clients about your website;
      • hand out your business cards to your clients with your website URL on it;
      • create accounts for your clients (with their consent) and subscribe them to automatic Saved Search updates;
  • Organic Internet Search:
    • learn about general SEO practices and write interesting articles about your local market using News Posts feature;
    • apply correct keywords using Meta Data and texts on pages, such as: City, Neighborhood, Lux Condo, New Development pages.

How can your platform help me be more successful in real estate?

Your website is your tool. It shall help you by:

  • saving you time, because your potential clients will be able to search the MLS listings themselves, instead of your traversing through hundreds of properties with each new client;
  • giving you more insight, on what your client actually prefers by seeing which listings they visited via search or email, which listings they favourited and which Searches did they decide to save.
  • allowing you to subscribe your clients to Saved Searches email updates, which can be daily or weekly.

Will my website rank on Google? Do I get SEO points for MLS listings?

Yes, all pages can be fully indexed by Google, Bing, etc. We don’t use iframes to show the advanced search, which means that any search engines has full access to all pages. The platform will also generate a Sitemap for your website, that you can point to via Google Webmasters/Bing Tools to help them index your website.

For better SEO, we also suggest that you:

  • use your own custom domain;
  • fill out Meta data for general pages and City/Neighborhood/Lux Condo/New Development pages;
  • use correct keywords in texts for general pages and City/Neighborhood/Lux Condo/New Development pages.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept payments made online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We cannot accept any personal or business checks.

Is there a free trial?

No, currently we do not offer a free trial period.

Are there setup fees or long term contracts involved?

Setup fee is optional and you can subscribe without paying setup fee and set up the website yourself. On the other hand, if you want us to do the initial setup for you, you can pay the setup fee.

We have two types of payment schedules:

  • Monthly;
  • Yearly.

Before subscribing, we will ask you to agree with our Terms & Conditions.

Monthly Plans:

  • You pay monthly amount depending on your subscription for your website and any IDX integration(s) you have.
  • Monthly subscription can be cancelled any time and you will not be charged again.

Yearly Plans:

  • You pay yearly amount depending on your subscription for your website and any IDX integration(s) you have.
  • With yearly price you get 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments.
  • Yearly subscription can be cancelled any time and you will not be charged again.

Keep in mind, that there are no refunds available according to our Refund Policy.

Why does MLS connection has a cost?

Some MLS associations charge vendors like us on per user basis and part of the fee is passed onto the subscriber. Also we maintain, format, optimize and normalize MLS database on the daily basis to be able to display data on your website.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, you can do it via your account. Login, choose the subscription you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’ button.

Once your subscription is cancelled:

  • you will not be billed again for the subscription;
  • your website will be deleted and all of its data will be removed.

What happens if I don’t pay for my website on time?

We will send you a payment reminder on the payment day.

In one week after you miss your payment day and we don’t receive the payment, we will deactivate your website and notify you via email with a payment reminder.

Deactivated website will not be accessible by your visitors.

If we don’t receive the payment in one more week after deactivation, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your website will be deleted.

Deleted website cannot be restored.
